Prototypes

At our prototyping shop we will build for you lighting prototypes and LED and OLED lamps for specific applications. These prototypes allow the lighting performance to be demonstrated close to reality as early as the model making stage.

For making lighting patterns we take advantage of the latest technologies available from our optical and plastics manufacturing partners. Ultraprecision processes provide the capability to make individual parts of lighting components (optical fibres, light covers, lenses) direct from PMMA. Short run and medium volume production of components is possible by using short-run injection moulds in existing standard mould bases.

Our pattern shop will build CMM fixtures and test jigs for you.
